Cellogel Wallpaper Paste is a multi-purpose, easy-to-use powdered adhesive ideal for a wide range of art room activities. Simply mix with water, let it dissolve, and apply with a brush or hands. Perfect for papier-mâché, general gluing, sealing surfaces, or even finger painting when mixed with food dye or powdered paint.
